Orange, TX — Mr. and Mrs. Billy Joe Smith are celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary. They were married on November 26, 1960 at St. Mary’s Church in Orange by Mrs. Smith’s Uncle, Msngr Leo Riedmueller. They have two children, the late Kenneth Wayne Smith and Karen Renee’ Borel. They have three grandsons and two great-granddaughters. They recently renewed their wedding vows at St. Anthony’s Cathedral in Beaumont. They went on an Anniversary trip to Colorado and are planning on celebrating the occasion with a family barbecue.
